About

Shelby Miner graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2014 and received her law degree from UCLA in 2017. She was admitted to practice law in California in December 2017 and has since gained experience in employment litigation and civil rights matters.

At UCLA School of Law, Shelby specialized in Tax Law and was the President of the UCLA Moot Court during her 3L year. While studying at UCLA, Shelby externed at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Hardcore Gangs Division, the California Court of Appeals, Escape Artists Productions, and Jensen Law Firm. Shelby has worked at the Law Offices of Kyle Todd (“LOKT”), located in downtown Los Angeles, California, since October 2018.

Shelby has spent the majority of her legal career focusing on protecting and helping individuals facing harassment and discrimination based on their age, disability, race, sex, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy and other grounds protected under the Fair Employment and Housing Act. Shelby also helps to represent victims of wage and hour violations, as well as those who have been incorrectly classified as independent contractors.
